IT Systems Administrator

What you will do

• Administer Okta, including SSO, MFA, and Identity Governance (OIG) for role-based access and lifecycle management.
• Manage and support Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub configurations, ensuring secure access and effective integrations.
• Maintain security practices aligned with NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements to ensure audit readiness.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate administrative workflows.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain a secure employee experience.
• Monitor system usage, permissions, and integrations within the SaaS environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or GitHub.
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) for access certification and lifecycle automation.
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) practices including SSO and MFA.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain federal background investigation/security clearance (may require US citizenship).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
