What you will do

• Define and execute the global data platform strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish the technical roadmap for platform modernization and AI-ready data capabilities in alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate across data, technology, and business teams to provide high-impact platform capabilities and data solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence by establishing automated and AI-enabled practices for data quality and delivery speed.
• Lead and develop a global organization of platform engineering and operations leaders.
• Manage platform financials, including budgeting, investment planning, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale data platform or data engineering organizations.
• Deep technical expertise in modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to implement strategic plans and lead large-scale platform transformation initiatives.
• Experience enabling AI/ML use cases by building AI-ready data foundations.
• Experience operating in high-SLA, client-facing environments with a focus on reliability and compliance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
