Location: Must be US-based (Hybrid in Northeast, Southeast, or West Coast, or Remote within the US)

Salary: $219,600 — $301,875

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a team of Specialist Solutions Architects focused on the Retail, Consumer Goods & Travel/Hospitality (RCT) GTM vertical.
  • Manage a technical split of 70% pre-sales and 30% post-sales activities to accelerate market growth.
  • Partner with Sales to build technical points of view and establish lakehouse architecture across various business units.
  • Drive regional sales targets by identifying business-impacting use cases and validating consumption demand.
  • Build and maintain a robust hiring pipeline for the Field Engineering team to support ongoing growth.
  • Foster executive alignment in strategic accounts to guide data infrastructure decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in the data space (data warehousing, big data, or machine learning).
  • Proven experience leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring and onboarding.
  • Track record of exceeding annual quotas and up-selling strategic accounts.
  • Ability to lead technical account strategy and solution advocacy in customer environments.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
