Location: Hybrid in New York, United States (Monday through Thursday in-office)

Salary: $205,900 – $227,800 annually

What you will do

  • Lead ad sales brand and performance for Independent Agency and Client Direct verticals.
  • Directly manage, coach, and set goals for sales managers and individual contributors.
  • Develop and execute client-specific go-to-market plans and sales strategies for agencies and programmatic buyers.
  • Expand executive relationships with independent agencies, marketers, and media executives.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and FP&A to forecast, track performance, and optimize pipeline and margin.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the Ad Product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ad sales leadership experience within CTV, digital video, or programmatic advertising.
  • Direct experience with Connected TV, programmatic, client direct selling, and consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of agency needs for branding, mid-funnel, and performance-based buying.
  • Deep understanding of the media marketplace, including DSPs and measurement ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and structuring complex deals.
  • Must be based in New York, United States.
