TL;DR

Enterprise Senior Account Director (AdTech): Driving adoption of enterprise technology solutions, specifically ClearLine Activation and Curation, with an accent on strategic demand sales and programmatic CTV/Video. Focus on building sales pipelines, negotiating with senior leaders at Holding Companies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City, NY (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 base + bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Lead strategic discussions and act as a subject matter expert for ClearLine Activation and Curation products.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline to drive net-new revenue for enterprise solutions.
  • Negotiate and influence senior-level leaders at Holding Companies, Brand Clients, and Barters.
  • Collaborate with Product, Account Management, and Marketing teams to shape product needs and ensure success.
  • Support GTM sales teams by delivering technically sound solutions that drive measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on CTV/Video.
  • Hands-on experience with buying platforms and curation technology.
  • Advanced understanding of how buyers curate and activate on supply programmatically.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
