TL;DR

Director of Sales (SaaS): Lead and develop a team of Account Executives for a high-growth employee leave management platform with an accent on sales strategy, team scaling, and revenue growth. Focus on coaching through strategic sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed targets.

Location: Remote across the US (teammates in 30 states)

Compensation: $275,000-$325,000 OTE (60/40 base/commission split)

What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives.
  • Assist team in strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to hirify.global's value.
  • Monitor sales performance including activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
  • Report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategy to generate growth and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to build partnerships and manage sales processes and metrics.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree.
  • 5+ years in software/applications sales.
  • 2-5 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Able to accurately forecast team performance.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience selling in mid-market space.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to HR leadership and executives.
  • Solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
