Focus on shaping industry conversations, participating in product roadmap discussions, and delivering data-driven results in the digital advertising landscape.

Location: Hybrid in New York, New York. Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Salary: $126,315 to $180,000

What you will do

  • Manage a team of programmatic sellers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Lead high-level strategic client conversations and uncover business needs to position hirify.global Media solutions.
  • Act as a public-facing leader in programmatic audio through panels, articles, and webinars.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and manage projects to expand programmatic offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to optimize sales efficiency and achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in management.
  • Proven track record in programmatic advertising sales, ad tech, and digital media revenue growth.
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams with strong coaching and development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) and digital media trends.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
  • Creative thinking for product enhancements based on client feedback.
