What you will do

  • Manage post-sale relationships for DoD, Federal, and commercial accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive revenue expansion through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and platform adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement to mitigate churn and ensure high retention rates.
  • Develop detailed account plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to reinforce value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline to provide accurate pipeline forecasts and customer intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or strategic relationship management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating with stakeholders from program managers to Flag Officers.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and company events as needed.
