Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Dallas, TX and in-office 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Own the implementation lifecycle for Enterprise-tier accounts from SOW execution through go-live.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers.
• Manage delivery margins and P&L contributions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering on complex pre-sales scoping and SOW negotiations.
• Serve as the primary senior delivery escalation point for at-risk enterprise accounts.
• Define and track critical implementation KPIs, including time-to-go-live, CSAT, and project margins.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services or implementation within the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
• 5+ years in a dedicated leadership or people management role.
• Success delivering multi-workstream enterprise software implementations, ideally in Finance, Procurement, or ERP.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership or delivery margin accountability.
• Knowledge of ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and corporate card programs.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX (in-office 3 days a week) and be available for minimum 15% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with GDS environments (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport) or TMC workflow integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Certinia/FinancialForce for project tracking and revenue recognition.
