Engagement Manager (SaaS): Leading coordinated teams to implement and scale software solutions for strategic commercial contractor accounts with an accent on customer adoption and partnership growth. Focus on managing complex C-level relationships, standardizing implementation playbooks, and bridging the gap between clients and internal product teams.
Location: Hybrid/Remote. Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY) or Canada. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Salary: $124k–$155k base + bonus

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Lead the implementation and integration of software solutions, ensuring project timelines and Go-Live dates are met.
- Serve as a strategic partner and escalation point for C-level contacts at private-equity backed customer accounts.
- Standardize and scale team systems, workflows, and playbooks to improve efficiency for a growing customer base.
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product development priorities across Product, Sales, and Implementation teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project outcomes or customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven leadership and project management experience with enterprise or strategic customers.
- Experience building customer-facing processes to ensure successful software integration and adoption.
- Expertise in managing complex relationships and delivering executive business reviews.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support on-site implementations.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as GuideCX and Salesforce.
- Must be based in a supported US state or Canada.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a tech start-up environment.
- Background in the specialty contractor or construction industry.
- Familiarity with accounting ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage, or Viewpoint.
