What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions.
• Oversee operations, performance, and capacity planning across multiple client projects.
• Ensure consistent delivery methodologies, documentation, and best practices; serve as escalation point for issues.
• Partner with solution consultants, sales, and delivery leadership for scoping, resource planning, and pre-sales.
• Conduct performance reviews, support career development, and monitor utilization and productivity.
• Drive quality assurance, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery; 2+ years managing/leading consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) strongly preferred.
• Experience with integration platforms (APIs, middleware, iPaaS like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Understanding of professional services metrics (utilization, billable hours, CSAT); proficient in Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.
