What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Digital/IT intake requests, ensuring they are correctly categorized and routed.
• Coordinate activities between business partners and cross-functional delivery teams, including BA, QA, UXD, and development.
• Track and maintain operational portfolio metrics such as intake volume, throughput, and backlog health to enhance transparency.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase consistency and reduce delivery delays.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve documentation quality, workflow analysis, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT coordination, delivery operations, or workflow management.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and IT delivery practices.
• Strong ability to build relationships and facilitate discussions among business and IT stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret metrics and identify system bottlenecks.
