Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base + bonus

What you will do
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions to analyze customer business processes, ERP environments, and AP workflows.
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Configure the platform to support customer workflows while ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor, recommending optimal solution paths and guiding customers through the stabilization period.
- Manage communication across multiple stakeholders in accounting, IT, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in post-sales implementation, onboarding, or professional services within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning complex end-to-end implementations in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills with a disciplined approach to prioritization and execution.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to challenge existing workflows to deliver scalable solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA office on a hybrid schedule.
