What you will do

  • Lead onboarding for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring they unlock full platform potential.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions to configure AI-powered support solutions based on client requirements.
  • Manage data integrations and configure products including Auto-QA, Analytics, and Agent Assist.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction and product usage metrics to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 4+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role, with 1+ years specifically in customer implementations.
  • Strong technical background with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence.
  • Experience with Telephony Systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys.
