What you will do

• Lead global marketing campaigns for the hirify.global G brand, including objectives, KPIs, and tactical planning.
• Develop creative, web, and production briefs to drive brand engagement and sales.
• Coordinate go-to-market plans with worldwide internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage product positioning and maximize e-commerce sales on the official web store.
• Execute 360-degree omni-channel campaigns across social, PR, influencer, and channel marketing.
• Enforce brand guidelines and translate technical innovation into engaging storytelling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing gaming or consumer electronics products.
• Proven track record of crafting marketing messaging and copy for product assets and campaigns.
• Experience managing global product launches from inception to execution.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing external agencies.
• Proficiency in quantitative data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Jose or Irvine, California.
