What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer storytelling pipeline, producing written case studies, videos, podcasts, and executive spotlights.
• Build and scale reference and advocacy programs to equip sales teams and enhance market positioning.
• Manage customer participation in high-impact moments, including product launches, analyst briefings, and keynote stages.
• Partner with sales to turn customer stories into pipeline-driving assets and proof points.
• Develop community-building programs such as founder dinners, customer roundtables, and workshops.
• Synthesize customer insights into a voice-of-customer feedback loop for product and PMM teams.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer-led content marketing.
• Proven track record of building reference, advocacy, or customer-champion programs from scratch.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate engineer-level conversations into executive-ready narratives.
• Ability to follow technical discussions regarding agent architectures, evals, and deployment patterns.
• Location: Must be based in or have a strong preference for San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, or technical platforms.
• Familiarity with the LLM and agent developer ecosystem.
• Experience managing early access programs and beta cohorts.
• Comfort with multi-format production, including video shoots and conference talk coaching.
