What you will do

• Define and document comprehensive social media strategies and objectives aligned with the brand vision.
• Set social-specific KPIs and develop monthly reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Create content plans and "Run of Show" documents for major product beats and launches.
• Provide actionable audience and channel insights to the marketing team to optimize messaging and reach.
• Review and approve social assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand safety and quality guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–5 direct reports, overseeing daily workflows and professional development.

Requirements

• Significant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Prior experience in a management or supervisory role with 2–5 direct reports.
• Expert-level understanding of social media platforms including X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into executive-level summaries.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Novato, California.
