What you will do

• Hire, train, and grow a team of Solutions Architects in the Latam region.
• Partner with Sales teams to increase revenue and ensure customer success with hirify.global.
• Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and ensure the team stays ahead of the technical curve.
• Establish internal and external relationships to align resources and drive client value.
• Guide technical qualifications, validations, and complex architecture discussions.
• Foster partnerships with systems integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the data space (data warehousing, big data, ML, or generative AI).
• Proven experience building and leading technical pre-sales or post-sales teams.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to technical executives on strategic infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of consumption-driven business models.
• Demonstrated architectural influence and ability to review complex, scalable solutions.
• Must be based in Mexico City
