What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Field Engineers for enterprise opportunities
• Partner with Sales leadership and AEs on technical discovery, demos, and POCs
• Establish best practices for evaluations, POC execution, and technical deal strategy
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer evaluations and high-stakes deals
• Hire, onboard, and develop top Field Engineering talent with clear career paths
• Feed customer insights to Product and Engineering; ensure smooth post-sales handoffs
• Maintain expertise in hirify.global’s product, roadmap, and competitive landscape

Requirements

• 4+ years leading Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, or Pre-Sales teams in enterprise software
• Strong technical foundation in modern software development, AI tooling, and developer productivity
• Proven partnership with Sales while maintaining technical integrity and customer trust
• Comfort in high-pressure, customer-facing deal environments
• Strong communication and executive presence for developers, architects, and CTOs
• Builder mindset thriving in fast-moving startups
