About the Role

You will support the systems that keep a remote-first team productive and secure. You will manage device provisioning and setups, execute onboarding and offboarding, administer Google Workspace and MDM workflows, troubleshoot network and hardware issues, maintain inventories, resolve tickets via Slack/email/video, and keep internal documentation and knowledge base articles up to date.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support
  • Proficiency supporting macOS environments
  • Basic network troubleshooting and hardware support skills
  • Hands on experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize a daily ticket queue and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Preferred experience with JAMF, BetterCloud, 1Password, GitHub, Slack, Asana, and Rippling

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support core IT systems including Google Workspace and device management
  • Execute IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and computer setups
  • Manage access controls and device compliance through MDM and endpoint security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues and tickets via Slack, email, and video
  • Support VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security tools
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and assist with collaboration tools
  • Create and update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles
