What you will do

  • Design and maintain scalable endpoint management systems for Linux (Ubuntu), macOS, and Windows.
  • Implement configuration management as code using tools like Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
  • Deploy and integrate open-source endpoint tools including AutoPkg, Munki, Santa, Nudge, and Chocolatey.
  • Develop API-driven automations to optimize user experience and self-service workflows.
  • Monitor endpoint health in real-time and implement self-healing solutions and alerting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align endpoint strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience managing 500+ endpoint devices across macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu.
  • Strong expertise in MDM integrated with DevOps methodologies (GitOps, CI/CD, IaC).
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services (compute, storage, networking, IAM).
  • Ability to integrate endpoint tools with identity providers like Okta and Azure AD.
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
