What you will do

• Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-powered feedback analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver insights tailored to personas from PMs to executives.
• Define and track key product metrics, including insight clarity and dashboard engagement.
• Manage the full product cycle from data ingestion to visualization and storytelling.
• Engage directly with customers at top tech companies to gather feedback and shape solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems, or agentic frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL for exploring data and informing decisions.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical teams and executives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and prioritize under ambiguity.
• Must be based in the USA or Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping features that analyze unstructured data (reviews, tickets, call transcripts).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Retool, or Tableau.
• Background in customer success, product operations, or support tooling.
