What you will do

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for the Frameworks Experience product area.
• Translate complex customer and market needs into AI-driven agentic experiences that solve compliance challenges.
• Deliver high-quality AI-powered GRC solutions to address customer pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to distill opportunities into prioritized product goals and execution plans.
• Contribute to the definition and growth of hirify.global’s product team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in SaaS/B2B and AI products.
• Technical expertise with LLMs, including prompt engineering, output evaluation, and quality improvement.
• Experience building customer-facing products in regulated or interpretation-heavy domains.
• Data-driven mindset, utilizing both qualitative user signals and quantitative data for prioritization.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, or NIST.
• Background in GRC B2B SaaS or familiarity with audit workflows.
• Experience owning both customer-facing product features and internal platform tooling.
