What you will do

• Run lightweight, continuous discovery with customers and colleagues to define success metrics.
• Define product scope through detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on impact, effort, and risk to ensure frequent value delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to ship small, frequent product improvements.
• Instrument analytics and utilize experiments to iterate quickly on product features.
• Coordinate releases and integrate customer feedback back into the development cycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate messy, real-world problems into simple, useful outcomes and sharp problem statements.
• Strong data proficiency, including the ability to pull SQL queries and analyze funnels and cohorts.
• Experience maintaining a tidy backlog and writing crisp stories and acceptance criteria.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

• Familiarity with assurance, compliance, governance, or reporting domains.
