What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements for HTA, Access, and Reimbursement processes.
• Translate regulatory and planning workflows into clear product features and use cases.
• Conduct impact analysis and identify opportunities for process and data improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to refine solutions.
• Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and demos for global and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and ensure data quality and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Proficiency in written and spoken language required

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, or HTA domains.
• Understanding of resource planning systems or enterprise-level platforms.
• Experience supporting global product rollouts.
