Territory Manager (Millwork): Growing and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and construction professionals to achieve sales and market share goals for the Fiberon brand with an accent on local distribution optimization and builder adoption. Focus on driving share gains, implementing strategic business plans, and executing pull-through selling strategies in the South Georgia and Northern Florida region.
Location: Must reside within South Georgia or Northern Florida. Field-based role requiring regular travel within the territory.
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, margin, and expense goals.
- Increase market share by improving dealer share, product placement, and builder adoption.
- Identify and retain key dealer and contractor accounts to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Optimize local distribution strategies and strengthen relationships to maximize territory impact.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute annual business plans and conduct Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings.
- Deliver product presentations and use CRM tools to track pipeline activity and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry, specifically in contractor and builder sales.
- Experience with pull-through selling and influencing product selection at the contractor level.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Previous CRM experience and/or professional sales training.
