TL;DR

Market Sales Manager (Software): Driving sales and growth for GolfNow software products and services with an accent on full-cycle sales and account management. Focus on prospecting, lead generation, and optimizing market penetration within the local golf economy.

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Francisco area. Hybrid: contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary: $90,000 - 105,000 base + commission

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and closing customized solutions.
  • Drive sales for all software products and services under the GolfNow umbrella.
  • Manage existing accounts and grow the book of business through relationship building.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to maximize penetration and product adoption.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase partner rounds and revenue.
  • Document all sales activities in the CRM and report metrics to the Regional Director.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Francisco area.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer and internet tools.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work overtime or weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Experience with online distribution platforms or technology.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
  • College degree.
  • Background in digital sales and marketing.
