Location: Must live in the Dallas or Houston, Texas area and be able to spend at least 75% of the time in the field
Salary: Base $70,000, Annual OTE $150,000+

What you will do
- Lead and coach a regional sales team to exceed goals through 1:1 meetings and pipeline reviews.
- Conduct hands-on fieldwork (min 3 days/week) to support the team through the sales process.
- Manage and close large strategic deals within the designated territory.
- Collaborate with leadership to recruit and select top sales talent.
- Track performance metrics and ensure effective execution of the sales process using Atlas CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Dallas or Houston, Texas area.
- Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client sites.
- Ability to be in the field at least 75% of the time.
- At least two years of relevant sales or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
