What you will do
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of assistants and consultants to meet quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze business data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
- Manage overall showroom and office operations to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising and retail operations standards, including planograms and seasonal roll-outs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and operations to drive business growth.
- Conduct in-person luxury customer appointments and resolve service escalations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales with a focus on sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities and business acumen for data-driven decision making.
- Robust experience with CRM software.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Position is onsite in Walnut Creek, CA.
- BA degree or equivalent preferred.
