What you will do

  • Manage and grow a book of business by maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Maximize upsell opportunities and maintain renewals of current client contracts.
  • Create and conduct business reviews and establish a regular communication cadence with clients.
  • Cultivate key relationships via telephone and web meetings to generate continued sales.
  • Identify growth strategies and campaigns within the assigned book to hit revenue targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce, ChurnZero, and other internal resources to manage accounts effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Management experience with a demonstrated ability to sell solutions.
  • Proficiency in negotiating contracts, objection handling, and strategic thinking.
  • History of achieving or exceeding established sales goals.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Des Moines, IA

Nice to have

  • Experience selling within the government industry and space.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key account meetings or events.
