What you will do

• Define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new platform capabilities.
• Partner with development teams to ensure delivered features meet quality standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Contribute to short- and long-term product roadmaps in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage dependencies, facilitate cross-team engagement, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product direction through personas and journey maps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within digital, online, or mobile banking for consumer or small business markets.
• Proven experience shipping software products across the full lifecycle from definition to release.
• Strong understanding of complex technical and business problems in banking or financial technology.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as PCI, WCAG, and FFIEC.
