Location: Hybrid (Newcastle upon Tyne) — must be in the office two days a week

What you will do

  • Own and maintain the Tribe backlog based on the strategic direction of the Product Board.
  • Translate high-level objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and Team Leads to deliver product increments and manage quality sign-off.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for specific product areas, maintaining documentation and user guides.
  • Manage relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders to align on requirements and expectations.
  • Support defect triage and coordinate product releases across teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing work.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to align strategic decisions with the long-term vision of the product.
  • Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Newcastle-upon-Tyne office two days a week.
  • Experience in lottery, casino, or similar regulated gaming industries is highly beneficial.
