Location: Hybrid (Newcastle upon Tyne) — must be in the office two days a week

What you will do
- Own and maintain the Tribe backlog based on the strategic direction of the Product Board.
- Translate high-level objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with software engineers and Team Leads to deliver product increments and manage quality sign-off.
- Act as the subject matter expert for specific product areas, maintaining documentation and user guides.
- Manage relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders to align on requirements and expectations.
- Support defect triage and coordinate product releases across teams.
Requirements
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing work.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to align strategic decisions with the long-term vision of the product.
- Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Newcastle-upon-Tyne office two days a week.
- Experience in lottery, casino, or similar regulated gaming industries is highly beneficial.
