Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Minnesota (Minimum two days per week on-site at Le Sueur plant; other days at Eden Prairie office or remote).

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools to drive strategic business decisions.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial models to predict the implications of business decisions.
• Analyze departmental financial results and communicate key trends and issues to senior leadership.
• Define and measure business drivers and key metrics to improve reporting and data quality.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Oracle, Tableau, or similar operating systems.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce.
