Corporate Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Supporting the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team in preparing executive-level presentations, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets with an accent on financial data consolidation across global business units. Focus on designing forecast models, conducting variance analysis, and evaluating portfolio investment opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office), Dallas, Texas

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

• Prepare executive-level presentations, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets for the consolidated group.
• Consolidate financial data across business units (Tinder, Hinge, E&E, and MG Asia) and validate forecast assumptions.
• Develop financial materials for the Board of Directors, earnings reports, and external stakeholders including investors and rating agencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support cash management, expense tracking, and free cash flow initiatives.
• Maintain monthly forecast models for departmental budgets and perform P&L variance analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate business performance and assess investment opportunities across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and G Suite tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dallas, Texas office 3 days per week.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours leading up to external reporting releases and executive presentations.
