What you will do

• Manage multiple large-value, high-profile construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors and operations support staff across various locations.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ guidelines and local requirements including OSHA and USACE EM385.1.1.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to outline project timetables, evaluate scopes of work, and update schedules.
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain detailed project progress reports on the contract intranet.
• Manage punch-list completion and formal project closeout.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Employer participates in E-Verify).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• Ability to drive between project sites and work in various weather conditions on construction terrain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional presentation of information.
