Construction Manager (Water)

What you will do

• Lead projects through construction phases, including water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports and manage documentation for disputes, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with EOR, sub-consultants, utility owners, and contractors to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Manage construction administration, including schedule and submittal reviews, and pay application processing.
• Direct and delegate tasks to junior staff and forecast upcoming staffing requirements.
• Coordinate subconsultant firms, monitor costs, and assist in client fee proposals and budgeting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field (Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred).
• 14+ years of construction supervisory experience, including at least 3 years as a construction manager.
• OSHA Training certification.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying temperature extremes and construction site environments.

Nice to have

• PE license.
• 15+ years of specific water/wastewater project experience.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.
