What you will do

• Oversee structural installations including foundations, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and structural steel erection.
• Manage and schedule structural contractors and on-site crews to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and maintain detailed logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules to keep the project on time and within budget.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all structural operations, including excavations and heavy rigging.
• Resolve on-site technical conflicts and coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical trades.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing structural construction teams for large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in foundations, concrete forming, and structural steel erection.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Memphis, TN and other US locations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as operational needs dictate.

Nice to have

• Degree in construction management or civil/structural engineering.
• Experience with data centers, semiconductor plants, or hyperscale facilities.
• Familiarity with Memphis-area building codes and regulations (IBC, ACI, AISC).
• Proficiency with construction management software like Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
