What you will do

• Lead condition assessments and investigations of building enclosure systems to improve performance.
• Drive envelope commissioning projects by developing specifications, checklists, and quality standards.
• Collaborate on design reviews to ensure the constructability and durability of projects.
• Identify enclosure challenges and coordinate with contractors and specialists to implement solutions.
• Oversee and participate in enclosure testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor installation via inspections to safeguard quality and performance throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in building enclosure systems.
• Strong understanding of building enclosure systems and design principles.
• Skill in tracking project costs, billings, and budgets.
• Experience preparing proposals and establishing service fees.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for US-based benefits.
