What you will do

• Lead Just-In-Time stamping and other operations to resolve health, safety, quality, and productivity issues.
• Utilize problem-solving processes such as 8D and 5Y to drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate production objectives with management to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Supervise, mentor, and grow team leaders in their job performance.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to achieve production and housekeeping goals.
• Lead accident and injury investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience supervising production teams.
• Expertise in applying problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5Y).
• Strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE and LOTO procedures.
• Must be based in or able to work in Huntsville, AL.
