• Manage a team of 30-40 employees within a machine shop environment.
• Develop and implement Value Stream Improvement Plans to drive high-impact results.
• Establish and measure short- and long-term team goals aligned with organizational strategic plans.
• Optimize the utilization of personnel and equipment to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Lead hiring, performance evaluations, and talent growth and development for the team.
• Address and resolve employee relations matters and administer personnel policies consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
