TL;DR

Product Manager II (GTM Systems): Managing the Sales Platform as a product to improve platforms and operations supporting go-to-market teams with an accent on business processes, enterprise tools, and automation. Focus on creating roadmaps for Sales & CS platforms, developing functional specifications, and optimizing the customer lifecycle from lead generation to revenue recognition.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: Annual base salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

  • Manage and prioritize the roadmap for the Sales & CS Platform team to ensure value delivery and compliance.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for tools, code/low-code, workflows, and data changes.
  • Write and maintain clear and detailed product requirement documentation (PRD).
  • Identify process improvements to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, engagement, and usage metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to meet Sales & CS needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or business process improvement.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tools.
  • Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
