TL;DR

Growth Product Marketing Lead (Mobile Apps): Designing and driving product marketing strategy and execution across in-app and out-of-app owned channels with an accent on organic growth and user acquisition. Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office). Must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features, including positioning, messaging, and branding.
  • Develop and execute global organic growth strategies, optimizing the user journey and branded product touchpoints.
  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates in key global markets.
  • Propose and develop new lifecycle CRM tactics to drive user success, engagement, and feature adoption.
  • Operationalize AI SEO strategies and explore new GTM experiences to unlock growth and attract new users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Research, and Analytics teams to convert awareness into action.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing, leading full-funnel growth and GTM strategies, preferably in B2C mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of growth levers including ASO, CRM, and AI search.
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in experimentation and A/B testing across diverse markets.
  • Strong collaborative skills to partner with global cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Comms, etc.).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York.
