What you will do

• Own global GTM and enablement strategies for new product categories from foundation to advanced competitive positioning.
• Build and ship enablement at scale using AI, generating technical deep dives, competitive talk tracks, and labs.
• Design and build demo environments and POC patterns that Solutions Architects can fork and customize.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate upcoming roadmaps into field-ready assets.
• Establish product feedback loops by capturing field friction and SA objections to provide actionable recommendations to PMs.
• Define and track KPIs to measure field readiness and the effectiveness of GTM strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, developer relations, or technical enablement.
• Proven track record of running POCs, handling live objections, and defending technical positions against competitors.
• Ability to quickly gain technical credibility in unfamiliar domains.
• Builder mentality with a preference for creating tools, demos, and automations over slide decks.
• Experience building 0-to-1 enablement programs for a global technical field team.
• English: C1+ required for exceptional communication with audiences ranging from SAs to C-Suite.
