Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)

Salary: $148,000 — $185,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to translate pricing strategy into successful GTM execution.
  • Collaborate with Pricing Strategy, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to execute pricing launches and develop readiness plans.
  • Develop business requirements for new SKUs in Salesforce and CPQ to support quoting, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Optimize and automate pricing processes, standards, and engagement frameworks.
  • Synthesize and communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership.
  • Develop and optimize pricing enablement and training content for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations or program management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ, including direct experience with system builds (SKUs, custom fields, validation rules).
  • Experience working with Deal Desk, Deal Strategy, or GTM Strategy & Operations.
  • Strong proactive communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
