What you will do

• Lead a team of 5 ops professionals and contractors across Marketing, Sales, and AI Ops.
• Serve as the primary technical authority and architect for Salesforce, managing complex flows and routing logic.
• Own and configure agile GTM edge tools including Marketo, Outreach, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to diagnose funnel trends and conversion bottlenecks.
• Drive the deployment and optimization of AI sales technologies for call intelligence and performance management.
• Ensure pristine data architecture and hygiene within the GTM stack to enable accurate analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, revenue, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Qualified, or ChiliPiper.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics and pipeline conversion rates.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage technical debt.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor a team of ops generalists.
• Must be based in the United States.
