Location: Remote (U.S.). Must operate on Pacific Time (PT) business hours.

Compensation: $15,500 flat fee for the project

What you will do

• Deliver synchronous remote lectures on PMM fundamentals, AI positioning frameworks, and persona development.
• Facilitate strategy workshops to help students create messaging frameworks and launch strategy documents.
• Mentor learners in crafting compelling, AI-driven customer stories and value propositions.
• Provide expert, actionable feedback on student projects focused on market-entry activities for AI products.
• Teach the integration of analytics and AI content tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing, with 2+ years of recent experience positioning enterprise AI products.
• Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, personas, and go-to-market (GTM) launch motions.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or instructing professional cohorts.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot, Azure AI, and Foundry).
• AI-900 certification is required.
• Must be available 30 hours per week starting mid-June on Pacific Time (PT).

Nice to have

• Experience as a Senior PMM or Director of PMM at a major tech firm (e.g., Microsoft, Google).
