Professional Learning Product Manager (AI/CS): Develop strategy and ship professional learning products for K-12 teachers with an accent on CS/AI curriculum support and adult learning experiences. Location: Remote or Seattle, WA. Must work within the United States. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required. Willing to travel 2x/year for team events.
Salary: $117,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Develop strategy for professional learning products and define roadmap to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor team of content developers, fostering inclusive culture and standardizing workflows.
- Lead product builds, set metrics, analyze data from pilots/surveys, and iterate based on adoption/usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders.
- Maintain deep understanding of teacher needs in CS/AI implementation amid AI advancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing professional learning products, ideally CS/AI-focused in edtech.
- 2+ years people management or mentoring teams/contractors.
- Knowledge of CS/AI concepts (CSTA/AI Literacy), proficient in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of adult learning principles, especially online.
- Experience using product/customer data for decisions and managing complex projects.
- Strong communication, growth mindset, and passion for CS/AI education.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI into adult learning supports.
- Background in equitable pedagogy and student-centered teaching.

Hiring process
