What you will do

• Drive core product decisions and architecture for the Agent Infra platform.
• Design product features and documentation for the Agent Harness layer, including Agent Loop, Memory, and Context lifecycle.
• Conduct competitive and technical teardowns of leading agent runtime infrastructures and GitHub projects.
• Develop evaluation metrics and benchmarks for harness-layer features like tool routing and loop reliability.
• Convert user feedback and developer pain points into product specifications and functional demos via AI coding.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week internship in 2026.
• Deep understanding of LLM agents, including model context windows, tool calling, and orchestration layers.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into clear frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, OpenClaw, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with AI benchmarks such as SWE-bench, AgentBench, and SkillsBench.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Trae.
• Ability to write code for rapid prototyping, data processing, or running evaluations.
• Experience writing technical narratives or blogs on platforms like Substack or Zhihu.
