TL;DR

Partner Product & Solutions Lead (AI): Shaping joint solutions and technical integrations with hyperscalers and AI infrastructure partners with an accent on AI ecosystem strategy and developer relations. Focus on designing reference architectures, building technical content, and driving co-sell motions for production-grade AI deployments.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-first flexibility with optional in-office presence in NYC or San Francisco)

Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Act as the technical representative for strategic AI and cloud partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor to ecosystem partners.
  • Define and drive the integration roadmap in collaboration with internal product and engineering teams.
  • Develop reference architectures, technical solutions, and "better together" frameworks for production-grade deployments.
  • Create and publish technical content, including cookbooks, sample repositories, blogs, and case studies.
  • Enable partner field teams through training sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs.
  • Support co-sell and ecosystem revenue generation through joint customer engagements, POCs, and marketplace initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical, partner-facing, or customer-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, DevRel, Applied AI Engineer).
  • Strong technical expertise in modern AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, and orchestration tools.
  • Hands-on programming experience in Python and ability to deploy solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships with technical stakeholders at large technology organizations.
  • Experience translating partnerships into shipped integrations and joint solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hyperscaler partner programs or DevRel leadership.
  • Knowledge of AI observability tools and OpenTelemetry.
  • Contributions to open-source AI ecosystems.
