What you will do

  • Configure and operate the CRM ecosystem (HubSpot) to build customer segments and surface insights.
  • Execute paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to acquire qualified leads.
  • Develop full-funnel lifecycle automation, including behavioral lead scoring and prospect prioritization.
  • Monitor and optimize acquisition performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and payback periods.
  • Build performance dashboards and manage attribution and UTM governance using GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Conduct A/B tests across CRM journeys and paid creatives to refine targeting and conversion.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in growth, performance, or CRM/lifecycle roles.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and operating HubSpot (required).
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience driving measurable improvements in retention, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Strong communication skills for translating data into creative briefs.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in SQL for segmentation and analysis.
  • Experience with CDPs like Segment or mParticle.
  • Background in high-growth scale-up environments.
  • Experience with CRM foundations or platform migrations.
