What you will do
- Configure and operate the CRM ecosystem (HubSpot) to build customer segments and surface insights.
- Execute paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to acquire qualified leads.
- Develop full-funnel lifecycle automation, including behavioral lead scoring and prospect prioritization.
- Monitor and optimize acquisition performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and payback periods.
- Build performance dashboards and manage attribution and UTM governance using GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Conduct A/B tests across CRM journeys and paid creatives to refine targeting and conversion.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in growth, performance, or CRM/lifecycle roles.
- Hands-on experience configuring and operating HubSpot (required).
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau).
- Experience driving measurable improvements in retention, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Strong communication skills for translating data into creative briefs.
Nice to have
- Fluency in SQL for segmentation and analysis.
- Experience with CDPs like Segment or mParticle.
- Background in high-growth scale-up environments.
- Experience with CRM foundations or platform migrations.
